Yep, both sites appear to be down.  I'm guessing it's got something to do
with Radiohead.  Kidding, but they are scheduled to play on Wall St. today I
believe.

"notice.bankofamerica.com" and Chase.com's http site redirects to
https://www.chase.com and appears to be down.

Could this be an attack?
