[Outages-discussion] Outages-discussion Digest, Vol 41, Issue 10

It seems to be a general issue.  I'm seeing higher than normal response times from our site in SAVVIS, in Internap and even the Internet Traffic Report is showing an increase in latency during this time.   I'm not able to pin point a specific network at this time.

Our providers are not seeing issues, but it's gotten progressively worse during the month of August.

Does anyone else see an increase in response times in Washington State between the hours of say 10pm-9am (peaking around 4am) ??
