[Outages-discussion] Comcast Business flapping?

We're seeing a lot of our Comcast business class sites in the Boston area
flap.  They've been up and down for a few hours now.  Calls to Comcast get
us nowhere.

I also noticed that the Comcast outage site on the Outages Dashboard (
http://online.comcast.net/networkhealth/outagecheck.aspx) is dead.

Anyone know of a useful, working URL that reports Comcast issues?
