[Outages-discussion] Telstra outage falls to procedural error

The article is actually a couple of days old now, from around the time
of the incident. Looks like they have made some corrections since it
was published which perhaps explains todays date.
Waiting to hear anything about the PIRs that both parties were meant
to be releasing. I suspect this is where the real juicy bits will be.
