Do you believe he meant the Linux 2.6.26 - 3.3.x livelock bug, the
Linux mutex bug (which triggered reports of Java spinning and mysql
replication stalling), or the earlier Linux printk deadlock bug?  The
first could occur up to 24 hours ahead of the leap second, the others
occurred at the time of insertion.
