Lots of posts on this, might as well drop a few cents on -discussion ...
Just to clarify, as I no longer buy from T (and don't care to waste my time to verify...):
T is announcing prefix for <network O> but blackholes a subset of <network O>? Does this affect only customer routes or peer routes too? (no clue or care what ooVoo is, so I'm being intentionally generic - apparently some users of proprietary IM/Video are hating life today)
Is this a problem for the Internet at-large? If O is T customer and peer routes are bad, then let's raise hell. Or O could turn off their T session if clueful, but ... choir-preaching? :)
