Er, about that: Yeah, poor planning...
A box marked "High-Voltage" without both a valid 24x7 responsive
emergency telephone number printed prominently on the box by the HV
sign, every place HV appears, along with a unique Box number,
should be considered improperly marked, and be a big fine, whether
HV is present or not, unless the Emergency contact can be reached
within 60 seconds, identify the box by number, explain what it is,
and which electrical service to contact or how to quickly ensure all
the HV is turned off.
And that requires maintenance of detailed documentation for each HV location.
However, otherwise, the HV may pose more danger to life than
necessary, in an emergency.
