[Outages-discussion] IPv6 access to www.qwest.com and www.centurylink.ncom

Not sure if anyone else checks it or saw something on Qwest/CenturyLink
networks, but overnight IPv6 access to their homes pages was off from 00:15
Central until 05:53, and then had issues once more at 7:21 am Central.

More likely than not, this was corporate network maintenance, and not the
service provider side of the business.
