[Outages-discussion] Google Apps

Not sure if Google Apps for Education is lumped in the same boat, but I am
not seeing any problems w/ personal Gmail, Google Apps gmail, or the Google
Apps admin control panel.  Although, it could only be affecting certain
data centers.
