Can anyone using HE in CA get to rackspace's network using ipv4?
specifically  github.com?

I think this may be unrelated to current thread as I suspect this
problem started over 24 hours ago,  but just checking here incase it is
related, if not, I wont hijack the thread any longer :)

 8  10gigabitethernet3-1.core1.sjc1.he.net (72.52.66.21) 
 9  10gigabitethernet1-4.core1.pao1.he.net (72.52.92.113)
