[Outages-discussion] Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox service issues

Just in case you're not already aware, Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox
were having service issues on Christmas Day (Thursday).

Apparently Microsoft Xbox was resolved this morning, though Sony
PlayStation's network is still down.
