Wow, that's like .. uh .. 70 Gbps. Well, with all the rest, a little under 90 Gbps.

Given that it is fiber cut, and in many cases each fiber carries a lot more than 9 x 10G waves, and most conduits carry more than 1 fiber pair, this is not what I would call a lot of damage for a fiber cut.

We won't even discuss the fact "OC192's" is possessive, while "OC192s" is plural.
