[Outages-discussion] Level 3 looking bad on internetpulse.com - real issue?

I’m charting substantial packet loss on Level(3) from Waveform.net in Detroit starting around 16:50 CDT. If I’m looking at the InternetPulse stats correctly, they are also monitoring from Detroit.
