It appears that Peerless Network may have been the root cause of this outage.

Probably others too. We are directly connected to Intelepeer but already had them out of routing for other reasons so I can't directly correlate.

 

According to their most recent update, they believe they restored at 2120 GMT and were down approximately one hour.
