[Outages-discussion] Outages.com Alerts?

I was referring to the zip code based tool at http://www.outages.org/
that indicates it will email when an alert "submitted within 20
kilometers." I signed up for alerts including ZIP 60616 - I thought
I'd see something.

 I haven't had any issues with outages@
