[Outages-discussion] Fwd: [outages] CenturyLink Voice? - L3 or CenturyLink

Hi all,

Now that the two companies are merged but both have their own voice services, is there any consensus on how issues like this should be reported?  I assume that this is CenturyLink the ILEC, not L3 voice services…
