What if we keep it as a "FAC"? How about *55? It is simple to remember and does not interfere with other 3-digit dialing.

I've actually made that a pre-requisite with our Cogent sales person before I'll consider Cogent to be our first or second transit provider. They backed off.

I’d recommend complaining to your account manager that you only receive partial IPv6 transit from Cogent.
