Issue was resolved around 12:56 UTC when the routes vanished.
These were the only routes that 10297 was advertising via 6939.
Given that AS10297 originates 209.51.192.0/19 and some /24's within that, maybe the cause was bad typing, as well as HE not filtering a peer correctly.
IPv6 capable networks were still able to reach the impacted Route53 hostnames that had aaaa records published.
