[Outages-discussion] Level3 routing this morning

Has anyone seen anything funky this morning with level3 routing over the
Atlantic? We have a POP in Israel that peers with L3 in London. The traffic
would normally be NY -> Lon -> Israel. The traffic seems to now be taking a
tour around the country (going first to San Jose, routes constantly
flipping etc.)
