[Outages-discussion] Company Reporting First

[Andrew Latham]

If you represent a company that is having a substantial outage would
reporting it to the outages list with accurate and useful information be
useful for your communication process? I would love to see a pattern where
useful urls, regional impact, services impacted, and or tickets as a first
post leads the discussion in a great way.
