[Outages-discussion] [outages] Verizon Wireless HD calling outage

"welcome to Verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed as the called
party is temporarily unavailable". The goes to another Verizon message
saying the call can't be completed as dialed.

I just confirmed from northwest Ohio calling Comcast support 8009346489
gives me the error with hd/advanced features on but competes with it off.
