[Outages-discussion] Zayo congestion issues in the DC area?

Hi,

I am posting this to -discussion because it appears to be resolved, but 
I was wondering if others saw congestion issues with Zayo (their Tier 1 
IP network) in the DC area earlier today (approx 7am-9am 
Pacific/10am-12pm Eastern).  We have been receiving a number of reports 
of resources running slow when reached through Zayo (e.g. Servicenow).

Zayo's current network status map doesn't show any issues in the 
Washington DC area, but it also doesn't show *resolved* outages at all, 
and my google-foo isn't much help.
