Player must also make a Stealth check to determine the effectiveness of the network potion

1-3: the application has all ports open, no firewall, is pwned by North Korea
4-8: the application is DDoS'ed by China.  Firewall strength is -6 for 8 hours.
9-13: the application is protected by Cloudflare, but DDoS takes site offline for an hour.
14-18: the application is protected by Cloudflare, DDoS is unsuccessful.
19+: attacker exposes own credentials to the target application and gets owned by the controlling site admin
