[Outages-discussion] [EXTERNAL] Re: [outages] calls to T-Mobile are fialing?

Just a couple of thoughts...

1. Are we seeing this on iPhone, Android, or both?
2. Did you see a phone alert saying "A Carrier Update is available" in the last week?
3. Did someone finally break into "Room 641A" and cut all the fiber?

My personal friends are having this issue across Verizon, TMo and AT&T.  They all mentioned the carrier update message.  I wonder if the carriers were all working on RCS, e911, or other fundamental changes required for 5G rollout and it went sideways.
