[Outages-discussion] Level 3/CenturyLink having more trouble?

Beginning at 17:40CDT we began seeing some extremely high latencies to
several sites, including SIP.US main voip peer gw1.sip.us.

 6  * * 63.247.69.38 (63.247.69.38)  86.030 ms
 7  * * *
 8  gw1.sip.us (65.254.44.194)  97.653 ms !X * *


This didn't affect everything just selected sites. Has anyone seen
anything similar?

My local Level3/CenturyLink circuits are operating find and not showing
any unusual latencies generally, just to a few sites.
