[Outages-discussion] Level 3/CenturyLink having more trouble?

Well, whatever the problem is, it appears to have died down.
It wasn't in Houston, TX, that much I can tell, although checking some
of my other monitors something did impact all of them at the same time-
-1740CDT. It quickly passed for most links, but lingered for a few
hours for others.
