[Outages-discussion] Query: Myanmar coup - internet outages?

BGPStream shows numerous events from Myanmar - https://bgpstream.com/ -
perhaps someone could interpret those results better than I.
Recent passive DNS for the A record of www.myanmar.gov.mm was 103.89.48.9
(first seen 2018-03-21, 00:00 / last seen 2021-01-31, 23:59), which
appears to have no published BGP paths at this time according to a quick
lookingglass check and traceroutes.
