[Outages-discussion] windstream ? ?

Supposedly had emergency maintenance in the Chicago area last night, 
gave our downstreams 5 hours notice ... fine ... I understand ... these 
things sometimes happen.

Now I have a 100G circuit down. Been trying to reach out to their NOC 
several times now, and I keep getting disconnected.

I don't have evidence to point to a systemic issue, but I'm curious if 
anyone is having similar issues.
