We had all EPL and EVPL circuits down from 8:05AM EST to 8:30AM EST here in
the Philadelphia area, 
also had clients on residential/small business coax circuits down in NY, NJ,
DE areas.

this morning? Not finding many details but having reports of customers
unable to reach comcast users from all over
