Fixed. Oddly, email servers seemed to be accessible from world-facing ports, but not from Armstrong's own network. Similar to something reported almost exactly two years ago (22Apr2020).

Armstrong email - [anyaddress]@zoominternet.net ASN27364 - having acknowledged email server issues, precluding webmail, SMTP, POP access. Seems to have begun shortly after 19:15EDT. No ETTR yet.
