[Outages-discussion] Peerless networks

Peerless seems to be having a networking issue in Chicago. From our logs it
seems it started at about 05:14 eastern time. For some reason routing our
outbound traffic through an ISP that uses Level3 seems to have fixed it. As
per my last email the issue is still ongoing with no ETR.
