[Outages-discussion] Packet loss in the greater Seattle area

I've heard there are multiple fiber cuts in the area due to weather and
know that as11404 is impacted.  Are there any sources for other providers
that are having issues?  I've seen packet loss going through as13335 and
209, but haven't seen any specific reports.
