[Outages-discussion] Anyone having PL with VZ FIOS in NY?

We are getting a lot of complaints from clients with Verizon FiOS of packet
loss.
Traces via NTT, Optimum, VZ Europe, DO all show PL on the last hop only.
Anyone aware of any issues?
