[Outages-discussion] [outages] MS 365 down globally

[moving this to outages-discussion] When you say O365 is "down", what
flavor of "down" are we talking about? Unable to access its web UI at
all? Actual sending/receiving of email delayed? I ask because my
employer uses O365 and I have not noticed any of these symptoms at
either of the times people in this thread mentioned it being down.

But also, I know almost nothing about the architecture of the O365
service. Is there a separate infrastructure for enterprise accounts
than consumer/smallbusiness which might explain it?
