[Outages-discussion] 8x8 issues?

8x8 did eventually respond to the ticket we created Friday.

After dealing with their bot, A nice person did call, though it was 
difficult to communicate due to the poor connection and the background 
conversations from what was obiously a calling center.

None the less, she did confirm our outages on Thursday 6/22 9-10 am 
Pacific and Friday 6/23 9-10 am Pacific

They blamed the outage on an issue with our PolyCom phones, but was 
unable to go into details.

The ticket was then closed as resolved.

So we shall see.
