I don't sign for a circuit unless I have a KMZ of it in my possession, and
while I suppose the provider could change the path after the fact, that's
contractually a big no-no.
However, in some areas there just aren't enough options...but at least in
those cases, if you see the KMZ, you know ahead of time what you're getting
into.
