My customer was receiving the same Suspicious Remote Server and Delivery Deferred NDR messages:

Microsoft's MTA is sending you a failure notification because they were unable to deliver the email to Yahoo. Yahoo's error to Microsoft is as follows.

It seems to me that Microsoft is having a problem delivering your email.
