[Outages-discussion] [outages] Netflix Issues

CC'ing the discussion list because I have no insider knowledge.  But I can
tell you without a doubt that my home ISP (Cox Communications in
Connecticut) has been dropping traffic every 5 minutes or so for the last
hour.  All internet access is affected on my connection...not just Netflix
streaming.
