Perhaps. Some with eSIMs are working fine. I have two lines on my iPhone, both with eSIMs. One works right now, one doesn’t. My son’s Apple Watch, eSIM obviously, can place and receive.

So maybe it is ONLY affecting SOME eSIM phones and zero physical SIM phones? Just spitballing here.
