<div dir="ltr">Is anyone getting complaints about PL and jitter on TimeWarner in FL? We have multiple customers where the traces are clean till the last hop (aka customers router). Ping times from NY are anywhere from 43-2000+ms (on the last hop). The PL is also up and down (anywhere from 0 to 25% PL).<div><br><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div>
