When I check failing requests in my browser their UI is hung due to timeouts at <a href="http://instagram.fsjc1-3.fna.fbcdn.net">instagram.fsjc1-3.fna.fbcdn.net</a>. Checking the same URL for specific photos/videos via outside servers confirms timeouts and friends on the other side of the country also report issues using Instagram.
