            Is anyone seeing issues with Telia? We started getting
            complaints about random ports not working. We are sending
            packets to RR customers in CA from NY. The path is NTT ->
            Telia -> RR. When we send the same traffic out via HE to
            RR in NYC and there is no issue. When we do traceroutes some
            just die in snge (anyone know where that is)? While other
            traces make it. I suspect there is a bad line card
            somewhere that is routing the traffic incorrectly (based on
            the dead trace routes). Anyone else seeing htis?</div>
