<p class="MsoNormal">Our devices are configured to use ICMP to determine whether they're online. They're configured to reboot after about 6 minutes if there has been no ICMP response during that time (6 pings). We've tried changing the destination IP, but
it appears that we are not getting ICMP responses at all. I can, however, ping the device's VzW static IP, but reachability varies by source IP.<o:p></o:p></p>
