Our customers still have no access to TikTok in the US. I was merely <br>

The answer appears to be no, and I've reached out to AS396986 to try and <br>
understand why and expedite resolution.<br>

Your assertion that everything "worked as designed" is arguably <br>
incorrect seeing as how we normally do ~30Gbps of traffic inbound, and <br>
we're still at zero.<br>
