[Outages] Any known issues that would have effected FL Last night ?

 Last night, Dec 5, our call center was experiencing intermittent issues
with outbound calling. A neighboring call center was having similar issues.
We are covered by multiple providers and all of our providers were having
similar issues with call connections.
