Impact: The following services will be restored once the incident has
cleared: BlackBerry Internet Service subscribers will be unable to
receive messages and will receive an "x" when sending messages.
Subscribers will not be able to access Subscriber Website,
self-provision, create new accounts, or integrate new ISP accounts.
BlackBerry Internet Service resellers will not be able to access Admin
Website to activate subscribers. Provisioning resellers will not be able
to access the provisioning site for service activations/deactivations.
Carriers will not be able to provision (activate, deactivate, suspend or
resume) Relay-access services either through the web user interface or
the XML interface. BlackBerry Enterprise Clients will lose their
connection and not be able to reconnect and new users will not be able
to register their devices. BlackBerry Internet Edition, paging
subscribers, PIN to PIN and Desktop Redirector users, will not be able
to send or receive messages.

Subscribers will be unable to use Relay Roaming. [0491]
