[Outages] Outage in Dallas/Ft. Worth area?

Anyone aware of fibre cuts or power interruptions of any kind in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area, at approx. 09:35 PDT?

I'm getting reports of brief service interruptions in IP connectivity
from multiple peers (Level 3, SAVVIS, and Sprint have been confirmed by
myself, but there may be others).
