Service Interrupting - Vendor will prep and splice new cables. The fiber
will be tested from the Joliet ILA to 111 N. Canal. Other fibers in the
span cut into the span will not be tested. It will be up to the customer
NOCC to verify the system is working. Unrotected and dark fiber services
will be down up to 1 hour.
