Purpose for Maintenance:  Emergency Software Upgrade

Maintenance Date:  3/23/07

Maintenance Start Time:  12:01 am EDT

Details of Maintenance:  TWTC has identified memory issues on a TWTC
customer aggregation router.  After careful consideration with our
equipment vendor it has been decided that an emergency software upgrade
is needed to prevent unscheduled service interruptions.

Impact to Customers:  All DS3, NxT1, VersiPak and EIS customers will
experience a 45 minute loss of IP connectivity during the maintenance
window.

maintenance window may cause.
