Description of Change: 
    On 5/4/07 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time we will be upgrading the Defiance
paging terminal to a new version 8.0 machine. This is required to resolve a
chronic reset problem. Voice mail greetings will need to be recorded after
10:30 PM Eastern time, all voice mail messages need to be retireved prior to
10:00 PM Eastern. Voice mail passwords will remain the same.

    This is required to resolve a chronic reset problem.
